This summer, the Lake Bluff Public Library will be partnering with 5 other area libraries to bring you the Museum of Bad Art Program Series. MOBA is the world’s leading cultural institution dedicated to art in which something has gone wrong. Join Louise Reilly Sacco and Michael Frank, as they present pieces from their collection, with an insightful, pithy, and often humorous commentary.
