James Cameron’s Titanic told the fictional story of the Heart of the Ocean, a blue diamond necklace lost in the ship’s sinking. But what about the real treasures that went down with the Titanic? Tragedy struck on April 14, 1912, leading to a tragic loss of life and countless valuables that ultimately plummeted into the ocean, never to be seen again. This lecture explores some of the most fascinating and historically significant treasures lost that night.
